All Nature Meetings levada walks will take place normally during the 2013 Madeira Rally (August 2 to 4).
The only exception is The Peaks walk (Pilgrim’s Path), on Saturday the 3rd of August, which will be walked “the-other-way-around”, from Achada do Texeira (Pico Ruivo) to Pico Arieiro.
If you’re an independent walker or if you choose to follow the rally, please keep your safety and that of others in mind at all times. Always cooperate with the rally Safety Marshals, the police, and with any member of the organization. For further info, check the RVM website and get to know their spectator safety instructions.
