Madeira, a fantastic dolphin watching and whale watching destination in the Atlantic, will be represented at WhaleFest by its official tourism board in association with some of the local top whale watching and dolphin watching companies.
A conference on whale watching and another on whale protection set the tone for an event who wants to celebrate the day in 1982 when 39 governments attending the International Whaling Commission conference voted to suspend the hunting of whales.
But there’s much more to WhaleFest…
Companies from many related industries will be there with their stands.
