Madeira Islands will be at the 2012 BTL – Internacional Tourism Exhibition, in Lisbon, from February 29 to March 04.

Nature Meetings, as leading Madeira hiking specialist, will join the Madeira delegation and showcase its portfolio of walks and activities.

Already in its 23rd edition, BTL is Portugal’s most important trade and retail tourism event. The numbers from last year’s event speak clear:

Nature Meetings was among the portuguese companies specializing in hiking, biking and nature activities to be presented at the 2012 “Fiets en Wandelbeurs”.

Hikers and nature lovers were able to discover Madeira’s natural attractions and its famous levada walks in one of the world’s top fairs in active tourism.

“Fiets en Wandelbeurs” which took place in 11 and 12 February, in Amsterdam, focuses on walking and biking activities and products, and this edition actually doubled last year’s number of visitors.

This weekend Nature Meetings will be at the Fiets en Wandelbeurs, in Amsterdam.

Fiets en Wandelbeurs is Netherlands’ most important fair on cycling and walking activities. Focusing on products and services, at the Fiets en Wandelbeurs you’ll find equipment and tours from specialized companies from all over Europe as well as lectures and workshops by inspiring speakers.

The happy combination of these activities with the relaxed atmosphere of the fair has led the Fiets en Wandelbeurs to great success – as proven by the 22.000 visitors welcomed last year.

Fiets en Wandelbeurs 2012 edition takes place on the 11th and 12th of February, at Amsterdam RAI – and Nature Meetings will be at the Madeira Islands’ stand, in hall 9.
